Ann-Marie has more than 20 years’ experience as a customer experience strategist and practitioner. Her areas of expertise include CX strategy design, customer insight, journey mapping and employee engagement. Ann-Marie has a passion for delivering extraordinary experiences to customers with varying abilities (mobility challenged, vision/hearing impairment, the elderly etc.).
As the Global Customer Strategy Director at Actavo, she works with leading international brands in Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Caribbean to deliver transformative customer experiences. At Actavo, she leads the development and execution of the customer experience vision, framework, capability management and measurements system for Network and In-Home.
