Alison Moore has a passion for the delivery of long-term cultural change programmes on customer engagement within organisations.Working for 20 years’ in the logistics industry, Alison has experience in communication, marketing, change management, team-building, soft skills training, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Within her current role in Kuehne+Nagel Ireland, Alison oversees the implementation of a robust customer experience strategy. Kuehne+Nagel have seen double digit growth for 10 years in succession, putting them firmly at the top of their game in the logistics industry in 2021. The implementation of their innovative customer experience strategy has been a key part of this success. Alison holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA, both from DCU.
