Anne-Marie is a dynamic leader with experience spanning retail, hospital, and industrial settings. She has a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, whilst building and maximising the strengths of her team.

As a qualified Pharmacist, a patient centric approach has always been at the heart of her work, thus she developed a passion for Customer Experience early in her career.

She is experienced in change management having most recently worked as part of a transitional leadership team who designed, insourced, and built a regional Medical Information contact centre.
