With over 25 years' experience working in Marketing, Research and Strategy across the retail grocery, supply chain and information technology sectors, Maria is passionate about the adoption of digital solutions that bring people, process and technology together, to transform how we work, sell and buy, every day.
She has worked with organisations of all sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to global corporations and state bodies, to explore how they can make processes more efficient, more profitable and less costly. Currently implementing Customer Experience (CX) and Design Thinking best practices as part of GS1 Ireland’s digital transformation initiatives, Maria’s goal is to deepen and enrich the engagement with customers, to gain a greater understanding of their needs to deliver greater value for them and the business.
Deeply committed to on-going professional development and learning, Maria has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Design Thinking (IADT), a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing (DMI), and a Certificate in Graphic Design (BFEI) since graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College of Dublin.
