Marie Lyster

Marie is passionate about all things customer. Over the last sixteen years, in her various roles within Gas Networks Ireland, she has been a major advocate for the customer and has been a key driver of customer centricity across the organisation. Marie is currently the Customer Lead in a major internal restructuring and transformational project for the business, ensuring the customer’s voice is considered, at all times, in both process and organisational design.  In her previous role, as Customer Experience Manager, Marie and her team focused on continuously improving the overall customer experience for all customer segments.  Over her career she has worked in many customer-related roles and in different sectors, such as energy, communications, the public sector and facilities, but always with the customer front of mind.
