Having a held a range of Customer and Marketing roles across energy, financial services and telecoms, Terri has dabbled in the more traditional roles (communications and market research), into more strategic roles (segment management and data and insights). BUT across all roles, Terri makes sure that delivering great customer experiences is key and has to be considered in all we design or transform. From the initial attraction to your brand, the first flirt when they try your product or service out, the onboarding stage, how you impress them in-life, and even how you treat them when they decide to leave. She believes that CX continues to grow in importance across all roles in organisation and customer data and insights across all strategy and planning is key.
