Tim is the Managing Director of the award-winning Customer Experience and Customer Strategy consultancy, W5.  Tim works with clients across different categories in Ireland to help understand, refine and improve the customer experience they provide.

Tim began his career in market and media research space before moving into the world of customer experience and throughout has maintained a strong focus on quality insights and data driving action and change.
