With over 30 years in the financial services industry, she spent 17 years at what is now JP Morgan Chase in Retail, Business Banking, Consumer and Indirect Lending and Sales Coaching.
Lisa was a Product Manager at ARGO Data Resource Corporation for 10 years and where she managed the Sales & Service and Sales Performance Management products as well as providing sales support.
She participated in multiple retail transformation projects for some of the top U.S. Retail Banks. Lisa joined Texas Capital Bank in April of 2012 and began the Client Experience program in 2015.
Lisa has a B.A. in Communications and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
