Eason: Outstanding Contribution to CX

We are thrilled to announce that Eason will receive the inaugural Outstanding Contribution to CX award at this year’s Irish CX Impact Awards ceremony at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, Dublin, on Wednesday, November 21st.

Liam Hanly, Managing Director of Eason, will address the crowd at the gala awards ceremony and dinner on behalf of the recipients.

The recipient of this award was decided by the judging panel after due consideration and the judges noted Eason’s pioneering work and commitment to staff CX training and development and accreditation as a contributing factor in their decision.

Eason is the only company in Ireland to put all 900 of its staff through an accredited CX certification programme. This investment has resulted in a significant CX improvement in the organisation's 95 stores nationwide.

Our recipient has also committed to an internal coaching programme that supports this transformation through internal trainers, regular individual staff assessments and store grading. No company in Ireland or the UK has gone this far and it’s a real innovation to the industry.
