Customer Experience Manager, Permanent tsb
Stuart is the Customer Experience Manger at permanent tsb having previously spent 9 years within the Telco sector at Three Ireland.
Within his current role he is responsible for improving Customer’s experience, loyalty, and the value customers place in their partnership with permanent tsb. Serving as the key interface with internal business partners to understand and interpret the experience our customers experience everyday across all channels.
During his career Stuart has been involved in several business critical programmes including the roll out of Ireland’s National Broadband Scheme, a full business re-brand & embedding Three’s CX Transformation programme into the organisation.
