Brian O'Flynn, Director at Capventis, has been confirmed as a member of the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing over 25 years of experience in experience management, data analytics, CRM, and digital solutions to the evaluation of customer experience excellence across Ireland.

O'Flynn co-founded Capventis, an innovative IT and business consultancy, after building an early career spanning marketing, IT, and consulting roles across a range of organisations. That diverse foundation, combining formal qualifications in both Marketing and Computer Science, gave him a cross-functional perspective that has defined his approach to technology-led business transformation ever since.

As Director, he holds overall responsibility for solutions delivery, overseeing a portfolio of work that spans experience management, digital solutions, programme and project management, and CRM implementation for enterprise and public sector clients.

His career has been shaped by a conviction that technology is most valuable when it is aligned to genuine organisational need rather than deployed for its own sake. That philosophy, applied across more than two decades of client engagement, gives him an evaluator's eye for the difference between customer experience initiatives that are grounded in strategic intent and those that represent technology investment without clear outcomes.

His particular focus on design, business engagement, solution architecture, change management, and organisational empowerment reflects an understanding of CX delivery that extends from the technical to the human dimensions of transformation.

The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 spans 27 categories covering the full breadth of customer experience in Ireland, from CX Champion and digital experience to sector-specific awards in financial services, retail, healthcare, and utilities, alongside people-focused categories including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.

O'Flynn joins a panel that includes Judging Coordinator Agnieszka Jozwiak of CXPA Ireland, alongside Darragh Brien of the National College of Ireland, Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Evin Conway of CSGI, Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Manuela Savini of Total Digital, and Eddie Stack of Insight6 Ireland.

The awards gala will take place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
