Collette Gleeson, CEO of Comfort Keepers Ireland, has been confirmed as a member of the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, bringing extensive experience leading complex, people-centred organisations through growth and transformation to the evaluation of customer experience excellence across Ireland.
Gleeson leads Comfort Keepers Ireland, one of Ireland's largest homecare providers with a workforce of over 2,000 people nationwide, overseeing an organisation where the quality of customer experience and employee experience are inseparable from the standard of care delivered to vulnerable people in their homes.
That operational reality, in which service excellence must be sustained consistently across a large, geographically dispersed workforce, gives her a practitioner's understanding of what genuine customer-centric strategy requires when it is tested not in a commercial transaction but in the daily delivery of essential care.
Her work with homecare leaders internationally broadens that perspective further, giving her insight into how evolving customer and employee expectations are reshaping service models across markets and care environments.
Her professional credentials reinforce a career defined by structured leadership development alongside operational experience. Gleeson holds an MBA in Global Management and Technology, is CIPD qualified, and is a member of the Institute of Directors. She also serves on the Board of Home and Community Care Ireland, a role that places her within the governance and policy conversations shaping the homecare sector in Ireland.
The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 spans 27 categories covering the full breadth of customer experience in Ireland, from CX Champion and digital experience to sector-specific awards in financial services, retail, healthcare, and utilities, alongside people-focused categories including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.
Gleeson joins a panel coordinated by Agnieszka Jozwiak of CXPA Ireland, alongside Darragh Brien of the National College of Ireland, Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Evin Conway of CSG, Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Ann Marie O'Donnell of Actavo, Eddie Stack of Insight6 Ireland, Dr Fred Creedon of MTU, and Brian O'Flynn of Capventis.
