Evin Conway, Customer Experience Leader at CSG, has been named as a member of the judging panel for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, contributing over two decades of expertise in strategic transformation, governance, and operational excellence to a programme that has set the benchmark for customer experience recognition in Ireland since its establishment in 2018.
Conway's career has taken him through some of the most demanding CX environments in the technology and business services landscape, with senior roles at Ibec, Coupa, Salesforce, and Citrix.
Across those organisations he built and led high-performing global CX and customer success teams, developing a cross-sector perspective on what distinguishes organisations that deliver genuinely exceptional customer outcomes from those that merely manage expectations.
His time at Ibec produced a concrete measure of that impact: the organisation won the B2B Customer Experience of the Year award at the Irish CX Awards 2024 under his leadership.
He holds a Masters in Strategic Business and IT alongside diplomas from University College Dublin, and serves as a strategic board director for several organisations, reflecting a commitment to governance that extends beyond his primary role.
The Irish CX Impact Awards draws its judging panel from across academia, business, and the broader CX community, with judges bound by strict confidentiality agreements and required to declare any potential conflicts of interest.
Conway joins a panel that includes Gavin Carpenter, CEO of Phonovation; Rachael Corcoran, Director and Digital Engagement Lead Ireland at EPAM Systems; Tara Martin, Vice-President of Customer Success at RentalMatics; Jenny McCoy, Head of Customer Experience at the Irish Management Institute; Ann Marie O'Donnell, Director of Customer Strategy at Actavo; and Brian O'Flynn, Director at Capventis.
For 2026, the awards programme spans 27 categories covering the full breadth of the discipline, from CX Champion and Best Use of AI in Customer Experience to sector-specific awards in financial services, retail, utilities, and healthcare, as well as people-focused categories including CX Manager of the Year and CX Rising Star of the Year.
Shortlisted finalists and winners receive national exposure through The Irish Times Online, the awards' official communications partner.
The awards gala will take place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry. The submission of entries remains open until 24 July 2026.
