Gong doubles down on AI growth with Dublin expansion

Gong is scaling its Dublin operations to keep up with surging EMEA demand for its AI-powered revenue platform, which now boasts over 750 customers across Europe. Usage of Gong’s agentic AI capabilities has jumped 80 per cent in the region over the past year, helping revenue teams boost productivity, sharpen deal insights and ensure consistent execution.

The company has moved into a new EMEA headquarters at WeWork One Central Plaza in Dublin, with plans to grow its team from 125 to over 200 within 18 months. Its expanded AI portfolio includes a new AI Translator, designed to remove language barriers by automatically translating conversations across more than 70 languages.

Backed by $300 million in annual recurring revenue, Gong’s move reflects an aggressive push to lead the revenue intelligence market with AI that empowers multinational teams to operate from a single source of truth.
