Ireland's customer experience community is invited to enter the Irish CX Impact Awards 2026, with submissions open and the deadline set for 24 July.

Established in 2018, the Irish CX Impact Awards honour organisations and individuals excelling in the measurement and management of customer experience. Entries opened on 12 May, with companies now encouraged to submit ahead of the July closing date.

Finalists will be announced on 7 September, before the awards gala takes place on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry. The ceremony brings together hundreds of senior executives from across Ireland's customer experience community, offering a platform to connect with the sector's most influential figures and leading talent.

Participation is free, with submissions assessed by an independent judging panel of domestic and international experts drawn from academia, business and related sectors. Shortlisted entrants receive national exposure through communications partner The Irish Times online, while winners receive a prestigious trophy and post-awards media coverage.

The 2026 programme spans 25 categories covering the full breadth of the discipline, from CX Champion and CX Leader to Best Use of AI in Customer Experience, Best Online Experience and User Interface, and Best Customer Loyalty and Reward Programme. Sector-specific categories include CX Impact in Financial Services, Retail, Utilities, Government and Public Sector, Transport, Logistics and Delivery, and Pharmacy and Healthcare, among others.
