The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 has announced its shortlist, naming finalists across 22 categories ahead of the awards ceremony on 4 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, where Ireland's leading customer experience practitioners, teams, and organisations will be recognised before hundreds of senior executives from across the country's customer service and customer experience community.
Established in 2018, the Irish CX Impact Awards honour organisations that excel in measuring, managing, and advancing customer experience across Ireland's private and public sectors.
This year's shortlist reflects the breadth of the customer experience discipline, with finalists drawn from financial services, utilities, retail, technology, healthcare, food and drink, and public sector organisations, each assessed on their contribution to customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, digital customer experience, and service excellence over the preceding 12 months.
Categories spanning customer contact centre excellence, best use of AI in customer experience, digital impact in CX, omnichannel experience, voice of the customer, and customer-centric strategy sit alongside people-focused distinctions including CX Manager of the Year, CX Rising Star of the Year, and Most Engaging Employee Programme.
Entries were assessed by an independent judging panel coordinated by Agnieszka Jozwiak of CXPA Ireland.
The panel brought together CX professionals and business leaders including Darragh Brien of the National College of Ireland, Gavin Carpenter of Phonovation, Evin Conway of CSGI, Rachael Corcoran of EPAM Systems, Fred Creedon of Munster Technological University, and Tim Farmer of iSquared.
Further panel members included Tara Martin of RentalMatics, Jenny McCoy of the Irish Management Institute, Mary Murphy of PhoneWatch, Brian O'Flynn of Capventis, Laura O'Toole of Coimisiún na Meán, Manuela Savini of Total Digital, and Eddie Stack of Insight6 Ireland,
The 2026 programme is supported by Platinum Sponsors Teleperformance and 8x8, Gold Sponsors NiCE and Fin by Intercom, and Supporter Amárach Research, with CXPA also joining as a supporting partner. The Irish Times serves as official Communications Partner.
The CX Champion 2026 and CX Leader 2026 awards will be announced exclusively on the night of the ceremony.
