US digital engineering company Quantiphi has acquired UK-based digital product development and customer experience specialist Candyspace, expanding presence in UK and European markets according to a Consultancy.uk report.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in the Greater Boston area, Quantiphi operates as an AI-first digital engineering company designing and deploying cloud, data, and artificial intelligence solutions to drive enterprise transformation. The company maintains offices and delivery centres across the US, UK, Netherlands, Singapore, and India, serving clients across healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, and technology sectors.

The acquisition adds a team of approximately 90 employees. London-based Candyspace specialises in creating customer-centric digital solutions for brands, partnering with clients to design, build, and optimise digital products enhancing user engagement and driving growth through technology and user-centred design.

Candyspace offers capabilities across web development, mobile applications, e-commerce solutions, and digital optimisation services for clients across media, automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
