Shane Lynn, CEO and co-founder of EdgeTier, has been announced as one of the judges for the Irish CX Impact Awards 2025, bringing over 20 years of expertise in machine learning, data science, and customer experience innovation.

With a background in computer engineering and a PhD in control engineering and machine learning from Maynooth University, Shane has extensive experience in developing AI-driven solutions that transform customer support. Prior to founding EdgeTier, he worked at Deloitte Ireland, applying advanced analytics to help some of the country’s largest companies leverage customer insights for strategic decision-making.

At EdgeTier, Shane oversees financial management, product development, and customer success, maintaining a close connection to evolving CX trends, technology developments, and customer needs. His work focuses on building AI systems that unlock insights from customer interactions, enabling organisations to deliver more effective, personalised, and efficient experiences.

The Irish CX Impact Awards 2025, taking place on 4 December at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, will celebrate the individuals and organisations setting new standards for customer experience across Ireland. Shane will bring his deep technical insight and industry expertise to the judging panel, helping identify the teams and leaders redefining CX excellence.

Key award categories include CX Champion 2025, CX Leader 2025, Best Customer Success Story, and Customer Contact Centre of the Year, showcasing the initiatives transforming customer experiences across sectors.
