Montpellier Appliances has appointed Repair & Assure as its nationwide approved repair and service partner across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, placing Customer Experience at the centre of its aftersales strategy.
Montpellier is an established domestic appliance brand supplying refrigeration, cooking and laundry products through independent and national retail channels in both markets. The partnership reflects growing commercial pressure on manufacturers to deliver reliable, consistent and clearly communicated aftersales support as customer expectations continue to rise.
Under the agreement, Repair & Assure will provide nationwide repair and service coverage across Montpellier’s appliance portfolio. The model is designed to support both end customers and retail partners by offering a consistent service framework, while still allowing flexibility within existing service arrangements where appropriate.
The appointment followed detailed discussions between the two businesses focused on service capability, operational alignment and the importance of a transparent repair journey. Repair & Assure was selected for its national reach, structured operating model and emphasis on communication from initial contact through to repair completion.
Repair & Assure operates a coordinated service approach intended to minimise disruption for customers, with managed scheduling and regular updates throughout the repair process. The aim is to ensure that service delivery aligns closely with the Montpellier brand experience while maintaining operational efficiency at scale.
