About the Awards
Launched in 2018, The Irish CX Impact Awards recognise your achievements in measuring and managing Customer Experience excellence that delivers better outcomes for your customers and ultimately your own business or organisation.
They will be judged by your peers: leading CX professionals from the most admired companies operating in Ireland.
The objectives of the programme are to raise the bar and promote CX as the key management tool essential for delivering success.
The organisers of the Irish CX Impact Awards are BusinessRiver, the largest business community platform operating in the Irish market.
They are behind the Irish Sponsorship Awards, Event Industry Awards, the Irish Content Marketing Awards and UX Awards, as well as the Fit Out Awards for the interior design profession and the architectural award programme Building & Architect of the Year Awards.
BusinessRiver are also conveners of summits and professional round table meetings which it stages on an invitation-only basis.

It is free to enter our awards and the judging process will be overseen by an independent panel of experts drawn from the professions, academia and other stakeholder groups.
