US-based Salesforce has announced strong customer adoption of its Agentforce 360 platform in Singapore, with six organisations spanning education, telecommunications, media and consumer electronics deploying the AI and data technology to drive business transformation, according to Salesforce.

The adopters include Kaplan, StarHub, INSEAD, HEPMIL Media Group, Singapore Global Network and Panasonic Asia Pacific. The announcement follows Salesforce's 2025 commitment to invest USD $1 billion (€864 million) in its Singapore business through 2030 to accelerate the nation's digital transformation.

Salesforce also confirmed the launch of an AI Innovation Hub within its Singapore office, alongside Data and AI Centres of Excellence established in partnership with local organisations.

The Agentforce 360 platform brings humans, AI agents, applications and data together on a single unified platform, designed to convert intelligence into measurable business outcomes across complex enterprise environments.

According to IDC, cumulative spend in AI technologies supporting digital labour, including agentic AI, is projected to reach S$32 billion (€22.5 billion), with a cumulative economic impact of S$78.4 billion (€55.1 billion) in Singapore by 2030.

Paul Carvouni, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce ASEAN, said: "The momentum behind Agentforce 360 shows that businesses are moving past experimentation to value realisation."

Carvouni added: "Singapore is well positioned to lead this shift to an agentic AI future. With strong government initiatives, we have an opportunity to drive AI adoption across the economy, elevate the workforce with new skills and create high value jobs."

The announcements reflect a broader regional push by Salesforce to establish Singapore as a leading hub for AI and data capability across the ASEAN market.
